| The Piano Arts Center was established in 1992 by Denise Gonsiewski. Formerly Happy Notes Music, the mission of our Center is to provide high quality piano lessons and individualized lesson plans. Students learn from teachers and from each other at group lessons. They are assessed on their technical abilities and have the option to attend recitals and competitions. We are constantly researching the latest music teaching methods and materials.
We strongly incorporate technology into our program. Students have conference calls with their teacher, Skype practice sessions, and remote lessons. We also have software programs to test our younger students and reinforce piano theory.
We believe in learning results that students can touch and see. Students have clear goals and can measure their own success. Students choose from a variety of projects we have designed and complete them during the course of the year.
